Van der Valk Hotel Texel

On behalf of the vendor, in cooperation with MB Resultaatverbeteraars, we advised at the sales transaction of Hotel De Pelikaan Texel. The hotel was sold to Van der Valk and will be rebranded as Van der Valk Hotel De Koog-Texel. This is the first Van der Valk Hotel on the Wadden Islands of the Netherlands.

The hotel exists of 61 rooms, a restaurant, a cafe and 4 meeting rooms. The apartments in the adjacent property 'Residence de Pelikaan' are also partly operated by the hotel. The new owner will use the coming years to converse the 'Look & Feel' of the hotel to the Van der Valk standards.
